I can't sleep tonight. It is 2:50 and I can't sleep. It's really starting to bug me.
What helps you sleep?

heh... I go with the easy thing, I stay up late.... Do stuff on my computer [Games, Design, etc.] Then my eyes begin to hurt, thats when I know I can sleep... it's just how I do it... only way I can.

lol i like to read for a bit and have music on, although going by my preferred type of music it probably wouldnt help you much XD

Well, I don't force my body to go to sleep. I go to sleep when, well I go to sleep! I just turn on my TV, I watch it. Then usually by 1 am or 12 am, I am asleep. Sometimes I stay up until 3 am. But I wake up at like 6 am and I feel great! ;D

That's not healthy. It works. I never end up tired. I find myself the more energetic one. I'm not gaining weight. But, I am under weight. Since I'm getting older, it's not good. .... My mom always gets scared and she always makes me finish dinner or anything I am eating. It gets annoying but you know, their moms.

Well, their is one positive side to this. I get all the I food I want with a snap of a finger. XD
