When I say that, I mean, when you're not thinking of something to say or something, when you have no reason to be thinking, not trying to solve a problem or something to say. Whenever that is the case for me, I usually have some sort of song or musical that I make up (or don't) going through my head. I can do that for hours and not get bored.

You don't want to know what's in my head. XD
Usually I kind of tell my own story in my head, putting words to every action in the third person. ((I'm sort of an author...)) When I'm not doing that, I'm thinking up plot devices for my fanfictions or creating new characters for roleplays.

You're not the first person who I have heard say that.

I also make up stories. Sometimes I'll go over songs. But there are times when I just want my mind to be quiet and yet I can't. It can get to be extremely frustrating. I have a bad habit of going over stupid or embarrassing things that I've said or done in my life. I don't know why I do that but sometimes, out of the blue, I will think about something that I did in high school that I wish hadn't happened or that I wish I could have done differently and such. And I really don't know why I, to this day, obsess about those things. I mean, for crying out loud, that was long ago. You'd think that I could laugh it off and move on but NO!

Oh yeah, everyone thinks about things that they did as mistakes in the past and thinks about how they could have fixed it.

I do too, believe me. I'm just optimistic, so I always stop when it's getting to much for me, I stop. I breathe in as deeply and as long as I possibly can and either try to think of something happier, or tell myself "it's in the past now, there is nothing that I can do about it" and I start to feel better and can continue with what I'm doing.
I went through a huge depression, but I got over it myself and now I'm happier than ever! I could be happier, yes, but I'm very happy now!

I'm glad to hear that you got over depression. I get depressed quite often but lately it hasn't been affecting me as much. But I still have moments.

You need to be happy. Sad people aren't fun!

You need to be happy. Sad people aren't fun! I know what you mean. Seems like when I am in a really good mood, someone around me always brings me right back down. And it is so frustrating.

Oh yeah, I know that, too. Just remember that blu told you to be happy. There are times that you should just stop caring. Don't give anything in the world a care and just be happy! Not worrying about others (unless they're hurt and can't take care of themselves ).

Good, cause if you don't you'll have to start taking happy pills...and not the ones that you're probably thinking about as I say that.

When I'm bored, I usually wind up humming one of my favorite songs that I have listened a lot to recently.
