This thread is here to request a tutorial. However, I'm going to post some guidelines. - Make requests specific. Don't just request a tutorial on how to make a banner or a signature, etc. If need be, show an example of what you are trying to accomplish.
- Be sure to state what graphic program you are using at the time you post a request.
- One request per post. If you have more than one request, put it in a new post.
- If you saw a graphic that you are curious how something within it was done, provide a link to the graphic in question.
- Please keep in mind that not everyone uses the same graphics programs so be patient. Hopefully, someone who uses the same program you do will be able to help.
Guidelines may be updated at a later time.

Photoshop:
How to make these fancy backgrounds for skins that you have to slice.
An example would be the background for this forum.

You also need a code... You only need a bg with the width of the forum, and then .... blah blah ... I can get it!

Photoshop (CS2): Smudging. ^_^ Something a bit more specific on how to smudge, not just the settings and such. Like here - img299.imageshack.us/img299/9986/smudge3tutorialxv4.png - effects like that, but with renders as well, and how to get effects like that, instead of the generic 'use these settings and smudge!'. More like, how to move the mouse, what direction, stroke length, etc. <3

Well it usually states within the tutorial where you can find the settings, however most are generic so they expect people to know.

Wait, what I am wondering is how to get to the place where you enter the settings in the first place.
